The Pre-Meeting Silence Check

A 5-question pulse, sent privately before a high-stakes meeting. The goal isn't to replace the room's conversation — it's to make sure the loudest concerns don't only surface after everyone's left it.

How to use this: send these five questions privately — a short Google Form, an anonymous Slack poll, or a doc people fill out on their own — 24 to 48 hours before a decision with real stakes. Read the results before the meeting starts, not during it. If two or more people flag the same concern independently, open the Debate Phase with it directly.
